Transform your 2013 weight loss/eating/fitness resolutions into tangible strategies and goals with support from Shannon and her creative and knowledgeable team (counselor, naturopath, and yoga therapist) . Using Dr Judith Beck's cognitive approach on how to think like a thin person, this group offers a proactive approach to healthy habits surrounding healthy weight/living.
Through The Beck Diet Solution we learn the 30 strategies together over 10 weeks minimum. Rotating check-in buddies help you stay on track to weekly goals.
Topics include: Sabotaging Thoughts that Impact Eating Decisions, Triggers (Minimize or Eliminate), Build a Resistance Muscle -Letting the Giving In Muscle get Floppy, Work on Your Motivation, Overcome Cravings, Resist Food Pushers, Eliminate Emotional Eating.
Cost is weekly donation. Members purchase their own Beck books, 3x5 cards, notebook.
